Describe the job and get a quote. Larger projects can be broken into milestones, each one held and released separately as work progresses.
When you pay for a booking, that money doesn't go straight to the provider. It's held safely until you confirm the job is done. For staged Project bookings, each milestone is held and released the same way, one at a time, as work is completed and approved. A provider is only ever paid for work you've actually signed off on.
Before a provider can accept work on Tewora, they verify their identity with their NIN and a live selfie, camera-only, with no uploading an old photo, so you know who's actually showing up. Reviews from real completed jobs follow every provider's profile.
You can raise a dispute on any booking directly from the app. Every dispute is reviewed by Tewora's own trust & safety team. It's not automated, and it's not left between you and the provider to sort out alone.
